PURPOSE:To increase the effective magnetic flux which contributes to an electric generation by forming part of a pole surface by a collar projection formed on a pawl pole, thereby increasing the opposed air gap area with a stator. CONSTITUTION:Collar projections 5 and formed on both sides of a pawl pole 1. The outer periphery of the collar becomes the same plane as the outer periphery of a rotor, the bore of the projection 5 has a permanent magnet connector 5', and a permanent magnet 3 is engaged fixedly with the connector 5' and by an adhesive width a pawl-shaped pole side 4. The magnet 3 is not extended from the outer periphery of the rotor toward the outer peripheral side, and not extended from the pawl-shaped pole bore 1' toward the bore side, and disposed without extension from the end of the pawl pole with respect to the axial direction. The magnet 3 has an anisotropy including a magnetization ready axis in the circumferential direction and a magnetization difficult axis in the radial direction with respect to the rotary shaft, has a strong magnetic directivity in the circumferential direction and is alternately magnetized at N- and S-poles. |
