发明名称 BELLOWS HOLDING MECHANISM OF HORIZONTAL TEST TANK
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the suspension of bellows, by supporting the bellows in a suspended state by bringing the same into engagement with the upper member of the upwardly directed flange provided to the bellows. CONSTITUTION:The left and right load rods 4L, 4R of a test tank 2 are arrange and the rod 4R is inserted through the piercing hole 3 of the tank 2 while mount plates 5L, 5R are attached to the rods 4L, 4R to fix the plate 5L to the tank 2 and cylindrical bellows 6 is provided to the outer periphery of the rod 4R to respectively fix both ends thereof to the wall surface of the tank 2 and the plate 5R. Further, a pair of upwardly directed flanges 7 provided to the bellows 6 are engaged with the support rod 8 above said flanges 7 in a slidable manner and the rod 8 is inserted into the piercing holes of a bracket 9 and the plate 5R to be fixed to the plate 5L while the plate 5 is guided along the rod 8 in a slidable manner and the space between the wall surface of the tank 2 and the plate 5R is hermetically closed. By this method, even if a corrosive solution is introduced into the bellows 6 during a test in such a state that a test piece 1 is fixed by the rods 4L, 4R, the suspension thereof can be prevented.
