PURPOSE:To enable the separation of stain from laver, by using a pump to feed a mixture of laver and seawater with pressure, connecting the outlet side of the pump to one end of a closed cylindrical vessel, and placing a rotary screw in the vessel to generate a small force acting opposite to the moving direction of the mixture. CONSTITUTION:The outlet port of the pump 4 to feed a mixture of laver and seawater is connected to one end of a closed cylindrical vessel 2, and a rotary screw 3 to generate a force smaller than the outlet pressure of the pump to the direction opposite to the moving direction of the mixture is placed in the vessel 2. Since the laver is stirred and rubbed with the rotary screw and the wall of the closed vessel in the course of transfer of the mixture, the stain attached to the laver can be separated surely, and the laver can be softened and lustered. |
