摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To minimize the error of a detecting position with high reliability by making a finger tip touch the crossover of respective electrodes and detecting the coordinates position by the welding of fine electric current through this. CONSTITUTION:On a display surface 1 of CRT, etc., electrodes X0-X2, which consist of a film-shaped straight-line-shaped transparent conductive material as the first electrode, are installed mutually in parallel at a constant pitch PX, and the second electrodes Y0-Y2, which intersect orthogonally, are installed by the above-mentioned same manner. Both electrodes X and Y are exposed at a surface side by a transparent film-shaped insulating material 2 tightly close to the display surface, and preserved in a single body. The insulating material 2 is composed of filling the insulating material 2 in a concave part 3 formed at the intersecting position between both electrodes X and Y. Thus, when the finger, in which the conductive material is stuck at the outer surface of the tip and the finger sack is not fitted, is made to touch, the section between both electrodes is bridged and when a scanning signal is impressed, fine electric current is passed. Thus, a coordinates position touched with the finger tip can be detected.</p>
