OXOPYRAMIDINE DERIVATIVES AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING THEM

There are disclosed novel oxopyrimidine derivatives of the general formula wherein R1 and R2 may be the same or different and are each hydrogen or lower alkyl optionally substituted by lower alkoxy, and R3 and R4 may be the same or different and are each phenyl optionally substituted by lower alkyl or halogen, provided that when R1 and R2 are both hydrogen, R3 and R4 are each substituted phenyl. Pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds and their use as anticonvulsant, antianxiety and muscle relaxant agents are described.
