A lifting hook which involves a lifting loop (1), head and point sections (2, 3) and a gap (4) located between these sections (2, 3), which sections are equipped, on the head section (2), with steering elements (7) situated on both sides of the hook's symmetrical plane (6) and protruding from this plane (6). The protruding steering element is located, relative to the hook's point (3), on the opposite side of the hook's vertical centre of gravity line (8). The steering element (7) is also deployed at the head section's (2) rear part (9) so that a tangent to each of the steering components (7) and the head section's (2) forward part (10) forms an angle (11) with the hook's symmetrical plane (6).<IMAGE> |
