PURPOSE:To contrive to prevent the orifice utilized in a boiler and a heating furnace which are operated continuously for long time from melting damage and deformation by a method wherein an orifice member made of non-oxide ceramics having an orifice is fixed by calking to an outer periphery composing body made of heat resisting metal. CONSTITUTION:An orifice member 2 made of non-oxide ceramics is fitted to the top end of an outer periphery composing body 1 made of heat resisting metal such as a SUS310 and the like. The orifice member 2 having approximate ring shape is made of non-oxide ceramics having exceedingly excellent heat resistance and wear resistance compared with a heat resistant steel. Even when nozzle having above structure is operated for long time in a boiler and a heating furnace, an orifice 4 is prevented from melting damage, deformation or enlargement of inner diameter thereof as the orifice 4 part is made of non-oxide ceramics. Further, at the replacement of the orifice member 2, the replacing working is very easy as the orifice is fitted by only calking. |
