A current generator circuit comprises TRs of the same conductivity tape, and a voltage supply source having two voltage terminals. The collector and emitter electrodes of the TR(Q1) are respectively connected to the two voltage terminals with an impedance(R1) between the corrector electrode and first voltage terminal, and the emitter electrode of the second TR(Q2) is connected to the second voltage terminal through an impedance(R2). The emitter electrode of the third TR(Q3) is connected to the second voltage terminal through an impedance(R3).
