PURPOSE:To permit effect the diagnosis of an equipment by a method wherein the equipment diagnosis system, foreseeing the trouble of the air conditioning equipment based on an inputted information is connected to a control monitor system which effects the monitor and control of the air conditioning equipment based on the inputted information from various kinds of sensors provided in the equipment or the like of the air conditioning equipment by a data bus-line. CONSTITUTION:Signals detected by the sensors of the respective equipments in a building are transmitted to a central monitor system (a) by a terminal transmission equipment (p), however, in this occasion, these signals enter into the data bus-line (k). The central processor (j) of the central monitor system (a) receives the transmitting signals from above bus-line (k) and the central monitor system (a) effects the monitor and control of respective equipments while the equipment diagnostic system (b) is connected to the data bus-line (k). The equipment diagnostic system (b) effects the equipment diagnostic using a computer (n) based on the inputted information from the data bus-line, (k) and the diagnostic result is outputted to a CRT, a printer (l), a magnetic recording medium (m) or the like. |
