PURPOSE:To contrive to form the perforated member with smooth surface, smoothing the projected parts on the peripheral edges of fine holes by inserting the perforated member into the space between press rolls with excellent heat resistance and mold release characteristics, immediately after the fine holes capable of keeping their heated temperature have been drilled. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of heated needles E are projected on the outer periphery of a roller 1. Fine holes K are continuously drilled, pricking a film 3a with the heated needles E by means of the opposite rotation of the rollers 1, 2. The heated needles E are heated by imbedding a heating plate in the roller 1. The roller 2 is provided for cooling. Projected portions Kb are formed on the peripheral edges of the fine holes, because the molten parts of the film 3a adhere to a perforated film member 3b, when the heated needles are drawn out. Immediately after the fine holes have been drilled, the film member 3b passes through the gap between the forming rollers 4, 2. The roller 4 is excellent in heat resistance and mold release characteristics, whereby the film is easily separated. Accordingly, because the film member 3b passes through the gap between the rollers 4, 2 at compression state, the projected portions Kb on one surface of the film member 3b are smoothed, thereby forming the smooth perforated film with uniform thickness. |
