An arrangement for a hearth for an stove, kitchen range equipment and the like, with a hearth attached to a smoke duct enclosed in a hollow cast-iron casing which, aligned to a chosen ignition type of heating, ensures an automatic adjustment of a damper (9), placed in the smoke duct (6), so that when heating economically with a closed-fire gate (7), the damper adopts an arranged position for maximum effect, whilst during vigorous heating with an open gate, the damper (9) adopts a free open position. A pivot rod (13) attached to a lever (16) on the damper (9), which in its free end is designed to work freely in a support console on the front's inside, recognizes the gate's (7) position and adjusts on closure of the gate so that the damper (9) is brought to adopt its pre-set position.<IMAGE> |
