PURPOSE:To rise a piston and inside cylinder and to increase the pressure of the liquid medium in the inside cylinder by inserting the inside cylinder into an outside cylinder having upper and lower caps apart at a spacing therefrom, providing the piston to the bottom of the inside cylinder and injecting the high-pressure liquid medium into the spacing between the piston and the lower cap. CONSTITUTION:A high-pressure vessel 11 is formed of the outside cylinder 11a, the inside cylinder 11b inserted therein apart at the spacing alpha therefrom, the upper cap 12 and the lower cap 13. The piston 4 is provided to the bottom of the inside cylinder 11b. Water P4 of a low pressure is filled into the vessel 11 and the thereafter the cap 12 is attached thereto. The excess low-pressure water P4 is discharged from a discharge hole 19 and the excess water in the space 17 between the cap 12 and the cylinder 11b is discharged from a hole 18. The caps 12, 13 are then supported by a yoke frame, etc. and the high-pressure water P1 is forcibly fed into the vessel through a supply port 16 in the bottom. The high-pressure water flows into the cylinder 11b by passing through an inflow port 20 and a check valve 20a to increase the internal pressure; in succession, the water acts as the pressure-increase water in the pressure increase chamber beta between the top surface of the cap 13 and the bottom surface 14a if the piston 4 to rise he piston 4 and the cylinder 11b, thereby increasing the internal pressure P2 and generating the high pressure. |
