PURPOSE:To reduce remaining amount of air in expandable stock solution and prevent generation of air pockets by a method wherein baffle plate is provided at the rear side of a protrusion in a cavity from reflecting side so as to be protruded out of said protrusion. CONSTITUTION:A bottom force 1 is provided with the protuberance 3, not arriving at a top force 2 but dividing the cavity into two parts. The protuberance 3 may be provided in the whole width of the cavity or may be provided partially. It is necessary to mount the baffle plate 6 so that the tip end thereof is projected more deeply than the tip end of the protuberance 3 and the other end there of is inscribed with the inner surface of the top force. The top force is closed and the stock solution for urethane foam is poured into the mold. The expandable stock solution collides against the baffle plate and is reflected toward the root of the protuberance while air is ground due to the provision of the baffle plate, provided at the rear side of the protuberance and projected from the reflecting side so as to be projected deeper than said protuberance, therefore, generation of air pockets may be prevented. |
