PURPOSE:To prevent the burning of a non-work part by the laser beam leaked from the cutting part of the part to be worked by cutting the part to be worked with arranging a shielding object between the part to be worked of the object to be worked and a non-work part. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam 1 is irradiated on the part 5 to be worked of the object 3 to be worked being focused by a condensing lens 2. The part 5 to be worked is cut by the laser beam 1, which leaks from the cut part. The leaking laser beam 1 is reflected by a shielding object 7 and a non-work part 8 is not irradiated. The shielding object is of a plate shape and a mirror, cupper plate or Al plate is used for instance. |
