PURPOSE:To make a structure with its vacuous regions limited to the minimum necessity by dividing a coaxial line port, namely its inner conductor and outer conductor in the axial direction at a position in ward from the sealed position of a dielectric airtight ring and welding the divided parts airtightly by means of a thin ring for welding. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum output cavity 13, a coaxial line part 17 which comprises an inner conductor 15 and an outer conductor 16 connected to the output cavity 13, a dielectric airtight ring 290 sealed airtightly between the conductors 15 and 16 and a wave guide 22 compose a microwave tube like a klystron. Then, the inner conductor 15 and the outer conductor 16 are divided in the axial direction of a position inward from we sealed position of the dielectric airtight ring through its largediameter 18 and 19. The devided part of the outer conductor 16 is welded airtightly by a thin rings 33 and 51 for melding and the divided part of the inner conductor 15 is welded airtightly by a U- formed this rings 41 and 60, for welding. Thereby, the vacuous region can be limited to the minimum necessity and assembling work can be simplified. |
