发明名称 CASTING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a casting device which has higher production efficiency than the conventional device by constituting the device in such a manner that the stages from stirring of a molten metal to extruding and pouring to molding dies are continuously executed with one unit of the device. CONSTITUTION:An air cylinder 11d is actuated by an air source 16 to advance a piston 11c so as to close the aperture 10 of a stirring tank 1. A prescribed amt. of the molten Al alloy which is separately melted is poured in this state into the tank 1 and thereafter an upper die 51 is lowered to clamp the die 51 and a lower die 52. A hydraulic motor 31 is then run to rotate a rotating plunger 2 toward an arrow A. While the molten metal in the tank 1 is thus cooled to allow the co-existence of solid and liquid, the molten metal is stirred. The stirring by the plunger 2 is continued even if the solidification of the molten metal progresses. The cylinder 11d is retreated to retreat the piston 11c when the binary eutectic initiation temp. is detected by a thermocouple 15 and a control unit 60 for stirring and injection. The prescribed amt. of graphite powder is supplied into the molten metal in a half-molten state in synchronization with the advance of the piston 11c and thereafter the molten metal is extruded and packed into the cavity of the molding dies 50 and is solidified under the pressure.
