PURPOSE:To provide a simple device which permits simultaneous swiveling and lifting with a simple driving system by engaging an inside cylinder which is erected, is successively provided with a swiveling arm in the upper part and can be driven to move upward or downward and an inside cylinder which is fitted and fixed thereto by a spiral guide groove and engaging member. CONSTITUTION:The outside cylinder 12 is fixed to a hearth 27 as a fixing member and an electrically driven cylinder 13 is attached to the lower part. The spiral guide groove 15 is fixed to the surface of the inside cylinder 14 and the swiveling arm 16 is successively provided to the upper part. The cylinder 14 is connected via a bearing 17 to the cylinder 13. A swiveling guide roll 18 is attached as an engaging member to the upper step part A of the cylinder 12 and is made rollable in the groove 15. Four supporting rolls 19 are attached to the upper and middle step parts A, B of the cylinder 12 so as to contact with the cylinder 14. The cylinder 13 is risen in order to rise and swivel the arm 16. Then the cylinder 14 rises as well and the force in the swiveling direction is applied to the cylinder 4 by the engagement of the roll 18 with the groove 15, by which the cylinder 14 and the arm 16 are risen and swiveled. The descending and swiveling of the arm 16 are executed by the same principle. |
