发明名称 SOLAR BATTERY PANEL DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the weight and the size with a simple configuration by providing a support structure coated with a thin film of composite material on one surface of a frame member of composite material provided at the prescribed interval with a plurality of beams. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of beam members 21 formed approximately in U- shape of the same material are provided at the prescribed interval in a frame of a framework member 20 formed substantially in a frame shape of a CFRP for forming a substrate. A thin plate 22 of a composite material is coated by an adhesive on one surface of the member 20, and reinforcing members 23 are mounted on both ends on the plate 22. The plate 22 prevents the member 20 from deforming, and a solar battery array 24 is mounted on the upper surface. The thickness of the beam 21 of the place which needs high rigidity is increased to obtain the desired strength, thereby effectively reducing the reduction in the weight. A solar battery panel device is combined in a zigzag shape of the beams 21 when a plurality of foldable structures are formed for a satellite structure 10.
