PURPOSE:To improve the assembly work efficiency by welding-fixing a heat insulating-member holding plate made of metal onto the back surface of a metal base plate and reducing the number of parts for fixing the heat insulating- member holding plate. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating-member holding plate 56 made of stainless steel which covers a heat insulating member 52 and a tongue plate 44 is fixed at a point P onto the back surface of a base plate 42 through spot welding at the concaved part 58 fitted into a pair of opened ports 54. In other words, as for a fiction pad member 40, the heat insulating-member holding plate 56 is fixed onto the base plate 42 through spot welding, and since the necessity of a rivet, caulking pin, and a seat metal as in the friction pad member is obviated, and the necessity of forming an opened port for rivet onto the base plate 42 is obviated, the number of parts can be reduced, and production efficiency can be improved. |
