The subject of the invention is the constitution of an envelope, forming a casing moulded in soap paste, to make it possible to recover fragments of soap or of soap balls. This casing comprises two parts 1 and 2, forming case and lid, which can be assembled instantaneously and which hold the fragments to be recovered. A series of openings 3 are made on the periphery of the assembly line 4 and 5 to allow, by immersion, water to penetrate into this casing and thus to agglomerate the fragments recovered, which are inserted in the void thus created and the casing. The device according to the invention is intended in particular to recover and use, permanently, all soap fragments. <IMAGE>
