PURPOSE:To horizontally adjust the installation posture easily in a short time by constituting two holding parts among three holding parts installed onto the bottom part of a casing so that height can be adjusted. CONSTITUTION:Three fixed arms 10 as holding part are installed onto the outer periphery of the bottom part of the casing 1 of a flywheel apparatus. The bolts 13a and 13b as adjusting member corresponding to the holes 10h are installed onto a fixed basic part 12 only through two fixed arms 10a and 10b. Other fixed arm 10c is fixedly connected for the fixed basic part 12. Therefore, the horizontal adjustment of the casing 1 can be performed only by adjusting two fixed arms 10a and 10b in the vertical direction, and adjustment can be executed easily in a short time.
