The invention relates to a combination device of spectacles and a protection case worn in the manner of a medallion. In order to achieve the spectacles/case combination, on the one hand, the spectacles are designed to be folding and an integral part of a flexible and elastic closed loop and, on the other hand, the case is solidly attached to a closed and flexible suspension loop and, finally, the two loops possess in common a support and linkage element which usually lies on the neck of the wearer. The invention applies to the wearing of spectacles of various types (sunglasses, spectacles for corrected vision, etc.) by ensuring that they are available and protected and that they cannot be lost. <IMAGE>
