CONSTITUTION:When the current is applied to a first electromagnetic coil 11, a plunger 15 is attracted to a core 9 and the top end of a rod 25a slidably moves over a taper part 20 to a major diameter part 19, and as a result, a valve mechanism B is opened. At this time, if the current is blocked, the plunger 15 is maintained in the condition pressed to the left by a spring 31 and the valve mechanism B is maintained in the open condition. In order to block the valve mechanism B, the major diameter part 19 side of the plunger 15 is attracted by exciting a second electromagnetic coil 12 and the plunger is returned to a non-operation position. |
