<p>PURPOSE:To miniaturize the entire device by using a head rotation mechanism to detach an idler gear alternatively from a reel unit. CONSTITUTION:Large/small gears 27a, 27b are provided to the outer and inner circumferences of a flywheel 27, and the smaller gear 27b meshes with the large-sized gear of a double gear 5f of a reel unit 5 via a couple of front/rear idler gears 28. The idler gear 28 is fitted freely turnably to one shaking end of a support lever 30 provided freely shakingably via a shaft member 30 of a chassis 3 and attached and detached to/from a double gear 5f of the reel unit with the shaking of the support lever 30. Since the idler gear 28 is detached alternatively from the reel unit 5 by the head rotation mechanism to rotate the magnetic head 49, and the entire deck is miniaturized in comparison with a cassette deck where the mechanism rotating the magnetic head 49 and the mechanism attaching/detaching the idler gear 28 to/from the reel unit 5 are provided individually and the cost is reduced.</p> |
