PURPOSE:To improve the assembly work efficiency by integrally installing an engaging projection onto the back surface of a metal base plate and fixing a heat insulating-member holding plate by the engaging projection and reducing the number of parts. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating-member holding plate 58 is applied onto the back surface of a base late 42 through a heat insulating member 54, and the second opened port 62 formed at the second concaved part 60 is allowed to coincide with an engaging projection 50. Then, the heat insulating-member holding plate 58 is certainly fixed by striking and collapsing the top edge of the engaging projection 50. In other words, in the friction-pad member, the heat insulating-member holding plate 58 is fixed onto the base plate 42 by the engaging projection 50, and since the necessity of a rivet, caulking pin, and a seat metal is obviated, the number of parts can be reduced, and the assembly work efficiency can be improved. |
