CONTROL DEVICE FOR AIR-FUEL RATIO DURING WARMING-UP OF INTERNAL-COMBUSTION ENGINE

PURPOSE:To provide the optimum air-fuel properties of an engine throughout the whole range of a warming-up state, by providing a device which stores the reference (desired) position of a stepper motor and a device which drives the stepper motor to a reference (desired) position during warming-up. CONSTITUTION:An A/D converting circuit 210 detects the temperature value of an engine. A comparator 220 outputs a warming-up state signal when the temperature value of an engine is below a warming-up completing temperature value. An engine operating state deciding circuit 242 sets a reference (desired) position signal from a stepper motor 13 to a reference (desired) position register 244. A stepper motor driving pulse feeding circuit 246 drives the stepper motor 13 to a reference (desired) position during output of a warming-up state signal. This enables provision of the optimum air-fuel properties of an engine throughout the whole range of a warming-up state.
