The invention relates to a system of prefabricated construction, involving large elements, lending itself to a great diversity of architectural structures. This system is mainly characterised in that the floor elements make up a base frame obtained by combining three alveolate box elements, two, 1 and 2, of which, placed laterally and resting on three supports, hold up by means of their edge a freely-supported central box element 5. The prefabricated balconies are anchored in the first two alveoli rows of the floor. The positioning and the base of the prefabricated walls are accurately adjustable. Application: building of blocks of flats, hotels, offices, administrative buildings and hospitals. <IMAGE>
