Method for remote monitoring and correction of teletext programs

For the remote monitoring of teletext programs for completeness of all teletext text pages and the text and graphics contents of each individually selected teletext text page, a narrow-band data channel, preferably the public telephone line network, is used for transmitting the complete data stream of an arbitrarily selectable teletext text page to the individual feed points of a teletext program chain. On the same return path, the evaluation results found at the individual feed points are indicated and recorded in the central teletext station.
