The invention relates to a convertible sofa having a plurality of padded parts which can optionally be used as seating furniture or as a bed, in that the seat cushion 2.1 is releasably connected at the rear upper edge in the manner of a hinge to the rear lower edge of a back cushion 4 which is reduced by the seat depth, a pull-out frame 2 being able to be pulled forwards on a lower frame serving as a bed support and being supported in the pulled-out position. Plug-in fittings 2.4 are arranged on the sides 2.3 of the pull-out frame 2 for receiving an arm part 5. Provided on the sides 1.1 of the bed support 1 on the inside of the bed support are pivotable fittings 1.2 into which the opposite arm part 5 can be inserted and which forms a terminating wall with the second arm part in the lying position. Additionally, the back cushion 4 can be inserted in the plug-in fittings 1.2, 2.4 opposite the terminating wall in such a way that the seat cushion 2.1, together with the back cushion 4, results in a flat lying surface. <IMAGE>
