PURPOSE:To eliminate an open part on the bottom or the side of terminal plates and a danger of short circuits by using a separator of mat shape for wrapping at least one of positive and negative poles in a bag form. CONSTITUTION:When fine fibre glass itself is used to form a bag, a heat fusion tape 7 or a heat plastic material such as polyester is applied to both opposite faces of its connection. Also, a mat itself is made of heat plastic fibre or its blend or mixture with glass fibre. In either case, the fibre can be formed into a bag shape because it is passed through a space between horns 6 for supersonic or heat welding. Furthermore it can be made into a bag shape even by applying adhesives to the connecting faces. |
