A description is given of a device for sealing a masonry structure or the like, covered by plastic sheets or panels, in the region of corners of masonry foundation walls and pipe bushings. Said device comprises a moulded plastic part having a planar, strip-shaped part, as the region bearing against the wall, and a region channelling away moisture which is fastened to one longitudinal edge of said strip-shaped part. Since the planar, strip-shaped part (2) has a predetermined bending edge (4) transverse to its longitudinal extent and since the region (3) channelling away moisture is formed by a cloth-like part which is aligned in parallel with the longitudinal edge of the strip-shaped part (2) and is fastened on the latter in a moisture-tight manner, it is possible to use this part universally for different applications. <IMAGE>
