In order to achieve an adjustment of a two-vane, counteracting flap which does not restrict the flow through an air-outlet nozzle, the actuating member initiating the adjustment movement is mounted on the outer nozzle wall and provided with two toothed segments arranged adjacent to one another, one of which engages directly with the toothing of one vane and the other toothed segment engaging with the toothing of the other vane with the interposition of a toothed wheel mounted on the wall.
