PURPOSE:To execute preferentially and quickly an answer to an incoming from an external trunk by constituting a titled exchange so that other person in a substitute answer group can execute a substitute answer by only taking up a handset, with respect to an incoming to an extension where an answerer is absent, from the external trunk. CONSTITUTION:When an incoming comes to an extension A2 from an external trunk, a call signal for showing the incoming from the external trunk is sent to the extension A2 from a ringing trunk RGTb, and a ringing tone is sent to the external trunk from a ringing tone trunk RBT. In this case, '1' and '0' are stored in an external trunk incoming memory T1 in a discrimination control device DCE, and an incoming memory T2 in the own station, respective ly, therefore, a central control device CC changes a connection in a link frame LF to a connection of a substitute answering system which requires no special number. Accordingly, for instance, when the extension A1 takes up a handset, it can execute a substitute answer of the extension A2 immediately. |
