PURPOSE:To make it possible that a maintenance man hears the trouble contents of an exchange by dialing a preliminarily determined number on an optional extension. CONSTITUTION:If a trouble occurs in the part of the exchange, a central controller (CPU)3 sends required information corresponding to its contents to a control circuit (VMCTL)6. When the maintenance man originates a call from an optional telephone 1 and dials the preliminarily determined number, the CPU3 connects the telephone 1 and a trouble display device (FVMT)4 through a switch network 2. When the telephone 1 is connected to the FVMT4, the FVMT4 selects required information from a trouble audio display memory (VM)5 in accordance with information given from the CPU3 and transmits it to the telephone 1 successively. By this operation, the maintenance man can hear trouble information of exchange from the optional telephone. |
