PURPOSE:To manufacture a light weight and flexible magnet sheet in low price by passing a tacky agent layer formed on a film and containing magnetic powder in high density on a magnet. CONSTITUTION:The mixture of a tacky agent and magnetic powder is supplied on a film 15 and a tacky agent layer 30 is formed by pressing with a thickness- adjusting roller 6. During the pass of the tacky agent layer 30 on a magnet 11 for magnetization and orientation, the magnetic powder is concentrated and orientated in the lower part by magnetism and the upper part is made a layer of only the tacky agent. The upper part of the tacky agent layer 30 containing no magnetic powder is removed by a thickness-finishing roller 19 and the magnetic powder is concentrated in high density. The thin layer of a plastic magnet wherein 50-93% magnetic powder is mixed in the tacky agent and oriented is formed on a film. |
