EJECTOR FOR EXCENTRIC PRESS

The pin (3) of the ejector is formed in the slide (2) and bears by a lever (6) to a cam (7) of the press-frame (1). The cam (7) is so configured that it enables to stop the pin with respect to the press-frame (1) during the ejection phase. The work-piece (4) is held during said phase in an unchanged position between the die (34) and the ejecting pin (3). The ejection motion is interrupted by lowering the cam (7) by means of the control device (8), the ejecting pin (3) comes back to its retracted position with respect to the slide (2) and remains in said retracted position during the remaining part of the return stroke. The adjustment of the stroke takes place in the control device (8); to this effect, there is provided a control cam (10) comprised of a plurality of parts (11-12) which may be pivoted with respect to each other and into each other. They thus determine the effective length of the range (13) which controls the interruption at the proper time of the stroke of the ejector.
