Attached to the longitudinal edges of a shelf (26) are two shelf rails (1) of identical construction which are made up of a lower horizontal limb (3), an upper horizontal limb (4) and a vertical limb (2) which connects the two horizontal limbs. Furthermore, the rail profile has a T-shaped groove (7) which is open at the top and a lower connection profile (8) to which an additional rail (10) can be connected. The latter is fitted with a support limb (11) for a vertical wall (27), with a holding limb (12) having a receiving profile (15) for labels, and with a holding profile (16) on which a pocket for cards can be mounted. <IMAGE>
