PURPOSE:To vary greatly the temperature compensating characteristic by providing a transistor (TR), the first and the second resistances which are fixed within a certain impedance range, a diode, and the third resistance which determines the current of the diode and varying the resistance value of the third resistance. CONSTITUTION:The current value of the current flowed to the first resistance having a resistance value R1 is denoted as I1. The collector current of a TR3 is denoted as I2. The current value of the current flowed to the third resistance having a resistance value R3 is denoted as I3. The value I3 is determined by a voltage I2 between the base and the emitter of the TR3. The current value I3 of a diode 4 is determined by only the value R3. That is, the temperature compensating characteristic is independent of the impedances of resistances R1 and R2 but is dependent upon only the value R3 when resistances R1 and R2 are fixed within a certain impedance range and are used, and therefore, the value R3 is varied to change greatly the temperature compensating characteristic. |
