摘要 Food product comprised of a slice of bread, a culinary preparation consisting at least of a liquid part at room temperature, at least a layer of edible material having an homogeneous structure interleaved between the slice of bread and the culinary preparation, by adhering to the slice of bread while retaining the culinary preparation. The material interleaved between the slice of bread and the culinary preparation is essentially comprised of an edible preparation based on gelled starch in aqueous medium having, both at room temperature and in a temperature range enabling to eat the culinary preparation up to a value appropriate for its consumption, an consistency such that it does not flow nor soak into the inner portion of the slice of bread.
