The invention relates to an electrical rod long-hair cutting device, which in particular permits the cutting of hair in the nose and in the ears, but also the performance of fine work, such as fine work on beards. Cutting of hair at such sensitive spots is made possible by this device, in that the cutting mechanism is mounted at the end of a short and thin rod.
