<p>A grip conveyor for jumbo rolls of paper and product or containers with two parallel sides. It is characterized by the utilization of two counter-balanced levers (2, 21), supported and operated through a crossbar (1) and central hook (6), these in turn operate two panels, or grippers (3, 31), which move towards each other in a tightening action when the hook (6) is raised. Furthermore, there is a locking system for the "open" position, which is operated by a cogwheel (10) fixed to a ring-nut (11) with teeth (12) which can lock into a grooved vertical bar (7).</p> |
