PURPOSE:To make it possible to prevent effectively the carbon depositing at an anode by providing a carbon depositing device at this side of fuel entrance in an anode room. CONSTITUTION:Raw fuel 10 is introduced into a coal gasification device 9, and is gasified. Fuel gas 12 which is produced by the coal gasification device 9 is cooled with a heat exchanger 8 by exchanging heat with air 11. And, a carbon depositing device 7 having more than the same quantity of the same material as the material, which is retained in an anode 5 of a fuel cell 1 and showing the its activity to a carbon depositing reaction, deposits the carbon component. In this case, keeping the operating temperature in the carbon depositing device 7 less than inlet temperature at the anode room 6 of the fuel cell 1, and the condition, which is easier to deposit carbon with the carbon depositing device 7 compared with the anode 5, is maintained. As a result, the fuel gas 13, which is produced by the carbon deposit treating of the fuel gas 12 with the depositing device 7, is supplied to the anode room 6. |
