PURPOSE:To make reformer temperature controllable stably and easily by increasing the output of an auxiliary burner provided in a reformer at the time of load rise-up, and reducing fuel gas with a relief valve at the time of load fall-down, and thereby making the reformer temperature constant. CONSTITUTION:In a reformer burner room, an auxiliary burner 24 having heat output nearly equal to that of an exhaust fuel gas burner 2, which is the main heat source of a reformer 1, is provided and besides a flow adjusting valve 20 is provided to adjust the flow rate of fuel gas supplied to said burner 24. At the time of load rise-up, the temperature fall-down of the reformer is suppressed by increasing the output of the auxiliary burner 24. Also, an exhaust relief device 19 of a fuel exhaust gas line is provided, through which excess fuel gas is exhausted, and thereby the temperature rise of the reformer 1 is suppressed. This control device 18 is provided with a feed-forward control device owing to load variation and a feedback control device for maintaining the reformer temperature constant, and thereby controls the reformer temperature. |
