PURPOSE:To enable the temperature of generated steam to be maintained at a high value, by a method wherein, in an vaporizer, such as waste heat recovery device, which has a non-azeotrope serving as a working medium, a non- azeotrope is held at optimum concentration through regulation of a quantity of reflux liquid from a gas liquid separator. CONSTITUTION:A vaporizing device, well suited to a waste heat recovery device, has a passage 12 for a non-azeotrope medium serving as a working medium, and a passage 13 for heat source fluid such as hot waste water from a factory, and includes a circulating type vaporizer 11 in which the working medium and the heat source fluid flow in a complete opposed flow manner. Working medium steam, generated in the generator 11, is fed to a turbine through a gas liquid separating device 16, and after the steam passes through the turbine, it is cooled and condensed by a condenser and is returned to the passage 12 again. Meanwhile, after working medium liquid, separated from working medium steam with the aid of the gas liquid separating device 16, is joined with liquid from the condenser by means of a variable throttle 17, a flow rate is regulated so that concentration is controlled to an optimum value, the liquid is returned to the vaporizer 11. |
