PURPOSE:To enable a device to perform very fine cutting and also partly cutting, by tilting a pair of circular rotary blades in their respective rotary axis in an equal plane further arranging the both rotary blades in a position where a plane, including the both rotary axes, is not placed at a right angle with respect to the cutting direction. CONSTITUTION:A tilt angle (i), formed by respective rotary axes 3, 4 in a pair of circular rotary blades 1, 2, is set to 1 deg.-45 deg. preferably to 5 deg.-15 deg. for improving a biting characteristic of the blade and giving the tension to a plate in its width direction. An angle (toe-in angle) (j), formed by a cutting direction Z'-Z' and a straight line X-X, is set to 0.3 deg.-5 deg. for improving the biting characteristic of the blade and avoiding the blade 2 from interfering with a plate. Accordingly, a device, eliminating the generation of a burr even when very fine cutting is performed, enables a good cutting surface to be obtained. |
