PURPOSE:To prevent work section from deformation and slight waviness for the purpose of improving work efficiency by impregnating melted plastic into the spaces corresponding to the side opposite to the work face of the thin part of the hub of a wheel or the like and solidifying it. CONSTITUTION:A melted plastic 7 is impregnated into four spaces 6 divided by the bearing boss 3 becoming the center of a hub 1 in a rim 2 and four ribs 4 and is solidified after setting the hub 1 in a jig and before cutting the periphery. Although plaster is general for the material of the plastic 7 because of being cheap, the materials which can be melted and can be removed being heated at low temperature are desirable. Since the thin part is forced to keep its form from interior, even if some force is given by a cutting tool from exterior, it will not deform itself. Therefore, high speed heavy duty cutting is possible, and work efficiency is extremely improved. |
