PURPOSE:To increase the temperature of exhaust gas from a high pressure turbine, to prevent production of wet steam, and to prevent increase of the pressure difference of a high pressure turbine exhaust stage, by installing a pressure loss regulating device on a low temperature reheat steam line running from a turbine outlet to a reheater. CONSTITUTION:After main steam generated at a boiler flows to a high pressure turbine 1 through a main steam line 5, it flows through a low temperature reheat steam line 6 on which a pressure loss regulating device 21 is situated, and flows to a boiler reheater. Reheated steam flows through a high temperature reheat steam pipe 8 to a middle pressure turbine 2. In which case, when a main steam temperature is decreased, the pressure loss regulating device 21 is actuated before wet steam is generated, a high pressure exhaust pressure is increased. This enables prevention of generation of wet steam in the high pressure turbine 1, maintenance of a turbine load at a specified value, maintenance of a boiler feed water temperature at a low value, and permits resolving of a steaming problem of a boiler. |
