PURPOSE:To improve an assembly characteristic of a coil into a core, by forming the core and the coil into a triangular section and chamfering only a bottom side of the core here assembling the coil deflecting in the vertex direction. CONSTITUTION:A coil 23, integrally molding a bobbin and a terminal, promotes the improvement of accuracy of the terminal and its insertability into a printed board. While a core 10, being formed into a triangular shape, chamfers only one surface of its bottom side part. In an assembly process (d) of the coil as shown by a flow chart in the drawing, the coil 23 and the core 10 are instructed by the position coordinates in the processing device of a robot main unit in a condition that the coil 23 deflects by a dimension A (deflection distance within a size of chamfering) in the vertex direction of the core 10. In this way, the method, chamfering only one surface of the core 10 and instructing position data of the coil 23 deflecting by the dimension A, improves the insertability by generating a clearance for assembly in the whole periphery of the core 10. |
