PURPOSE:To prevent caustic deterioration and inflation of coating film under electric corrosion prevention by a method wherein the corrosion resistant coating film of a resin coating, including the predetermined amount of chemical compound of aminoalkyl alkoxysilane, is provided so as to cover the inner surface of the heat exchanging tube over at least a predetermined length from the pipe end thereof and the electric corrosion prevention is effected. CONSTITUTION:A copper alloy tube, consisting of aluminum brass material or cupro-nickel material, is employed for the heat exchanging tube. The inner surface of the heat exchanging tube is constituted of the corrosion resistant coating film, formed by the resin coating constituted by adding 6-35wt% of chemical compound of aminoalkyl alkoxysilane. According to this method, the inflation of coated film and caustic deterioration under the electric corrosion prevention may be prevented. When the adding amount of said aminoalkyl alkoxysilane compound for the resin coating is not suffice 6wt%, the corrosion resistant property against electricity of the corrosion resistant coating film is not improved and when it exceeds 35wt%, it becomes hard to produce the coating film and the coating film will often be separated from the inner surface of the tube. |
