PURPOSE:To obtain an apparatus for obtaining the data of surface heat flux of a moving type fire grate, by embedding two thermocouples in two area of the moving type fire grate and operating heat flux from the outputs of two thermocouples taken out through a brush and the distance therebetween. CONSTITUTION:The measuring terminals of two thermocouples 9, 9a are embedded in the positions providing a proper distance therebetween in moving type fire grates 3, 3a and a pair of brushes 19, 19a are respectively attached to open terminals of the thermocouples 9, 9a. These brushes 19, 19a are contacted with fixed conductors 10, 10a in a slidable manner and take out the outputs of the thermocouples from the lead wires 12, 12a connected to the fixed conductors 10, 10a. The outputs of the thermocouples are amplified to be converted to temp. at two areas while these temps. are inputted to an operator and heat flux is operated on the basis of the temp. gradient obtained from the distance between two thermocouples 9, 9a to be displayed on an indicator. |
